Who owns the website?+
You do, fully, at handover. Domain, content, and site files — they're yours.
How does the Launch 60-day upgrade credit work?+
If you start with Launch ($500) and decide to grow into a Starter or Growth site within 60 days of launch, we credit your full $500 toward the larger package. Launch is a fast starting point — not a discounted multi-page site — and the credit makes it easy to scale up when you're ready.
What are the AI & Automation services?+
Three options for small teams: an AI Kickstart Workshop (a hands-on session teaching your team to use everyday AI tools), Workflow Automation Setup (we map your repetitive tasks and put practical automations in place), and Ongoing AI Support (monthly help rolling AI into your work responsibly, with privacy basics). Two options: our $150/year Care Plan covers hosting, keeping your site online and updated, and minor fixes — or we hand everything over and you self-host. You choose.
